Context

A family-run security company in Mendoza operates three business lines — electric fences, concertina wire, and security cameras — each with its own WordPress site. Internally, everything ran on paper: client history lived in WhatsApp chats, appointments in a notebook, stock in someone's memory.

The problem

Three disconnected sites meant fragmented lead capture and triple the maintenance. But the real cost was invisible: no structured client data, no appointment system, no stock visibility — a regional SME flying blind on its own operations.

The constraint

The system is maintained by one person, on a bootstrapped budget, at regional-SME scale — dozens of appointments a month, not millions. Every architectural decision is calibrated to that reality: boring technology, minimal infra costs, no premature complexity.

The approach

One Next.js platform unifying all three public landings — with online quotes, budget requests, and a WhatsApp chatbot — plus an internal operations layer: clients, appointments, materials stock, and a business dashboard. Stock and visibility came first, because that's where the business impact is highest.
