Context

CACSA is a logistics company that assembles flexitanks — bulk liquid containers — for export. The assembly process, materials stock, and billing were all tracked manually, with information scattered across spreadsheets and messages.

The problem

Manual tracking meant no single source of truth: which containers were in assembly, what materials were in stock, what was ready to bill. Errors surfaced late, and every status question required asking a person.

The approach

Started with a clickable prototype — real screens, no backend — so the operations team could confirm or correct every assumption about their workflow before production code was written. Validated flows first, then built the real system on top of them.

The outcome

A working system for container assembly tracking, stock control, and billing — built alongside the people who use it daily, not specified from a distance.
